It’s a world of noise, of ups and downs, of shiny things in one direction and something flashy in another. How in the world are you supposed to ‘calm the mind’ with everything around you set to 11!? 

 You’ve heard the word meditation, you’ve heard there’s this secret way of de-stressing and finding a state of peace but you haven’t a clue where to begin. Well, here is your chance. Today, we crack open the Meditation 101 book and dive in. It’s easier than you think to exist in a state of less stress and more happy. Listen in. You won’t be disappointed.

What's the first thing you think of when I say calm the mind? I mean, after all, that's what
