1:26.0	God that we live in this day and age where technology can actually serve us I know a
1:32.4	lot of times you know technology is the
1:34.1	enemy and there's a lot of distractions out there and yes there is a lot of
1:37.4	distractions out there as it pertains to social media and technology and
1:41.2	everything that we are faced with. However, we can also in this
1:45.3	particular situation use technology to our absolute advantage and how do we do that? So you might be working for a company where you can actually work remote.
1:56.0	You can have virtual meetings via Zoom or WebX or GoTo Meeting.com or are all these different platforms where you can actually interact and have a meeting and be productive and get things done. I think about this when I grew up and what we would have been faced with and if I was a kid and you were in isolation I mean basically the only thing you would have that was an outlet to the outside world is mail like and I'm talking snail mail,
