scary times right now. And never in human history has there been just a basic shelter in order and to stay in your

homes and to not socialize and social distancing and when it comes to that type of

thing a positive aspect of this, and I know it's hard to see the silver lining, I get it,

there's a couple of really fantastic things that have come out of this, and that is number one virtual communities virtual interaction thank

God that we live in this day and age where technology can actually serve us I know a

lot of times you know technology is the

enemy and there's a lot of distractions out there and yes there is a lot of

distractions out there as it pertains to social media and technology and

everything that we are faced with. However, we can also in this

particular situation use technology to our absolute advantage and how do we do that? So you might be working for a company where you can actually work remote.

You can have virtual meetings via Zoom or WebX or GoTo Meeting.com or are all these different platforms where you can actually interact and have a meeting and be productive and get things done. I think about this when I grew up and what we would have been faced with and if I was a kid and you were in isolation I mean basically the only thing you would have that was an outlet to the outside world is mail like and I'm talking snail mail,

and the phone on your wall and the TV.
