you know, just like launch right into the big problem

everyone's talking about, which is home title fraud.

One of the fastest growing crimes in America.

A lot of these, you saw the riots over home title fraud

this past week, terrible, terrible things.

There is a big issue though with home title fraud,

and we're gonna get to all the stuff going on

in the world here in just a second.

But this is the sort of thing that hits you when you're down,

right, like all the stuff is going on in the world right now,

and you don't know how to deal with it.

And then you get hit with something like home title fraud,

we're talking about losing basically your entire savings.

And you can't really do anything about it.

Criminals can find your title online,

and then they commit fraud and steal your ownership

of your home, they can borrow against it,

you get stuck with the payments.

People have been evicted, they have lost their homes,

they have lost their savings over this.
