Is the commander's 2025 season teetering on the brink at this point?

Heading into Kansas City.

No Jaden Daniels.

Iffy on Debo and Terry McLaurin.

Huge underdogs.

Twelve and a half point dogs against the chiefs at this point.

You have confidence they can turn it around.

Then they turn the season around. They can. Don't not confident. Right. If they somehow could pull off one of the biggest upsets of the year and beat Kansas City and would be a huge shot in New York. Then I would say yes, they could turn it around because I feel like they could beat, even if they were under man, they could beat anybody on the schedule.

Right.

But if they don't and they're three and five, going to be tough. Going to be real tough. I'm not going to write them off at three and five. I'm assuming they're already three and five. Just go ahead and put in the standing. Put the five in the Elkhart. They're already three and five. They ain't winning this weekend. Don't be stupid.

You kind of change your language there, cakes, because before we went to break and the 9 o'clock hour, you said, is their season over? Yeah. Now you're saying season on the brink. That's different. Yes. It's pretty much one of the same. No, their season was on the brink last year when they were seven and five and had lost three in a row.

It was on the brink in 2012 when they were three and six, and Shanny gave up on the team.

Another example.

But last year, they ripped off five in a row when their season was on the brink.

And they were on the positive side of things.

They were seven and five.

So here you have far less margin for error.

I feel like obviously Jaden is not having the season he had as a rookie.

And the defense is not as improved as people thought it would be.

It's improved, but not by a lot.

Is it improved? Doesn't feel like it. I mean, I think it's going to finish by a lot. Is it improved?

I think it's going to finish ahead of its rankings last year, but maybe not by much.
