Snyder finished dead last 30 second two years in a row and Josh Harris took over and changed

things and addressed a lot of these issues and now they're one of the best teams in these

NFLPA grades.

I'm wondering if you think it makes a difference, where it makes a difference.

Does it give you confidence?

They did finish five and 12, but this is part of the reason I wrote the book.

I do think it does give you confidence.

If I go to Junk's Radio, I vote yes.

It makes a difference.

And by the way, it's not a surprise that bad owners like Woody Johnson of the Jets called these surveys, quote, totally bogus and hinted that they violated

the CBA.

Because his team, I don't know where the Jets fell on this ranking.

I didn't see.

Probably near the bottom.

But I'm sure they're probably 25th or worse.
