With the air still thick from post-league fallout, the president calls for a national conversation on surveillance.

the front lines of the battle over fracking. It's a full-scale war. On one side, you have the oil

and gas companies, and on the other, a quite active activist community, and they're basically

just screaming at each other. And a new bill hopes to set limits on emerging technology

that tracks your every move.

Suppose you and your wife are watching TV and you're having an argument.

A computer at Verizon headquarters could say they're having an argument

and they could flash an ad on the screen for marriage counseling or Prozac.
