I can't tell you what's going to happen in the end here.

I've been a Bears fan for a very long time and I wanted them to, you know, perform, stay, play here,

continue to believe that that's the best thing for them.

I believe they understand in their hearts that that may be the best thing for them.

But, you know, we'll see what it is that they end up doing here.

But we're waiting to hear from the Bears what they'd like to do next because they've

essentially stopped things in their tracks until we hear more.

Is Governor J.B. Pritzker talking about the Bears and everything going on with the stadium stuff?

I disagree with Governor Pritzker there, but I disagree with a lot of people on the front of it's the best thing for the bears.

Like, I think that's the romantic way to look at it.

I think that if they were being really honest, the best thing for them would be to increase

the revenue that they generate.

Yeah, but I, but I think they will increase the value perhaps more than they will increase

the revenue in Indiana.

I think, I think Indiana might be more revenue on the regular.

And ownership in Illinois with all that space and all the opportunity to build the hotel

and do everything that they're going to do and own all of that might increase the value.

Maybe, but you know how this stuff gets spun?

text, like, is it better for them to own or to rent? And it kind of depends on how you bend the money.

Like it's, it's, I don't know if there's a binary on this. I think they even, like to make it

real for people, I think that discussion is going on right now with people every day.
