Those of you who know me personally know that I am able to speak the truth in moments when others may hesitate.

That's taken a lifetime to perfect, and over the years it has helped and hurt, as you might expect, in the theater of life.

Thanks to the courageous efforts of Andrew Eiler and Mark Adamsik, I was called into action this past week to once again speak the truth about what has transpired with the JFK Records

collection and what is really needed to correct 27 years of cumulative problems. Problems that

have resulted in many records being delayed in their release and a lingering question of whether

other records have been managed in such a sophisticated fashion that it subverts their delivery

to you, the American people.

Of course, the seminal question is rather simple.

Whether those particular records, not yet in your hands, will reveal something nominal,

or will they reveal something that will lead us to the truth about what really happened on November 22nd, 1963. There is a group of those

records that have no meaning at all, and yet we have great hope that there still remains another

group of them that will have great meaning. Not one of us has clarity into the ultimate answer to that

question.

It's like mining for gold.

If someone tells you that they know which records are more important, hesitate before you

succumb to that thought.

Because until we know what is inside each and every one of them, they are all important.

That, listeners, is the essence of the JFK Records Act.

What we do have clarity into is the state of things, and it's not good.

And what we are all entitled to, despite the obfuscations that have come from those that wish to

prevent our access to it, is the complete record of what remains in the hands of the government.
