So, Kytoculus, who was able to slap down Tiberius, but now Caligulus in charge.

And as we've said over the last two episodes, he's been going after corrupt officials.

He's been going after people who have conspired against them, or at least he's had them investigated.

He's had people removed.

Gaituculus has got to be nervous about this.

He's been moving governors around because it's a good policy, never to have somebody in one

position too long because they start thinking of themselves, like, that's their shit.

And they might, you know, get attitude or get ideas about using the troops under their command.

So with all the drama that's going on, before Caligula's 27th birthday, which is August 31st,

he hears about another crisis that involves people very close to him.
