I would describe them as people who have a

system figured out. So is the eviction system intentionally designed to fail? Yes. The entire

market is broken and most people just don't realize it yet. People who benefit from this really

are institutional landlords, big corporations and mom and pop landlords lose everything.

100%. They have to sell. It's another option.

If you wanted to be a tenant and exploit these laws as much as you could, how would you do it and how

And then they come and say to Lano, look, it's going to cost you $20,000 to evict me.

Once you give me $10, I'll leave. And half the time it works. And if it doesn't work, they just know how to stretch a case for six to nine months.
