And has had quite an accomplished life.

Interesting guy to speak with.

And then next hour at 5 o'clock, Alexandra Macedo.

Alexandra Macedo, she is an assemblywoman, and she posted that the Democrats passed a bill in the assembly to cover up all the high-speed rail financial records, including the audits and the cost

overruns, the whole thing.

They want to make all the financial business of high speed rail.

They want to keep it secret from the public, which I can't believe is even legal, but we'll get

talking to that with her.

Right now, big news of the hour is that an appeals court has ruled against the state of California

and against the city of L.A. They wanted the lawsuits dismissed over the Palisades fire,

and the judge said, or the appeals court said, no, they're going forward.
