We're back on the road for one final summer stretch. Wow, and let me say, I'm developing a draw, y'all, because we're going to the south. That's right, Wags. Oh, you are too. Me too. How about that? Factory farming, the mechanized food production system that brutalizes livestock and devastates ecosystems,

has justifiably been criticized as a great shame of our time. But the industrialization of the food supply has naturally also extended to our waterways,
