about guns and cool stuff, but you can't, you can't really talk about this stuff without

the politics that's going on in the continual assaults on our rights as Americans. And

of course, a lot of it comes out of California, New York, New Jersey. That batter will be continuing,

particularly I've been talking about after the Bruin decision. And I mean, I think it just kicks off

another round of these fights, but it's it's monumental what the difference is after Bruin.

Joining me to talk about that and some of the things that California has been doing is Don Kilmer.

He is an attorney, he is a specialist in this. He is a law school professor as well. Don, welcome.

Thanks for having me, Tom. All right, so let's start off with this California ban on free speech

where you they're going to ban or actually have banned advertising for guns that might appeal to

minors. Do I have that right? Yeah. Yes, you do have that right. The case is Junior Sports Magazine

a company that's actually incorporated here in Idaho, but you know additional plaintiffs

include individuals, California youth shooting sports association, the Redlands, California youth

clay sport shooting sports incorporated. And of course, California Rifle and Pistol and

Second Amendment Foundation, CRPA Foundation. And I'm really privileged to work with Chuck

Michelle's firm down in Southern California in Long Beach. You've got a great team there.

You've got a great set of lawyers who I'm working with and they're doing kind of the heavy lifting

as far as getting your papers filed and exhibits together and plaintiffs together.
