In California, a 54-year-old black grandmother is shot at more than 30 times by a Stockton police officer, killing her. The family says that even though she was suspected of backing her car into a cop's car, she was unarmed and never threatened the officer. The family says the force officer Kyle Ribera used was excessive. I'm talking to the family attorney about the February shooting death of Tracy Gaeta.
