Hello, welcome to MMGV NFL podcast. That's Albert Breer. I'm Connor, or we are taping on Wednesday morning, September 10th, because you know why? Quite possibly the best game of the weekend is on Thursday, September 11th. And so if we're going to do an all-encompassing weekend preview, we would be remiss to leave out the Packers and the commanders, which overnight.

I mean, this was a good game.

It was a good game when I looked at the schedule.

This is one that Jeff Bezos two years ago snuck into a meeting and he just yanked out of there from NBC or someone else.

But I think the difference now is that this went from a good

game to an excellent game for a couple reasons. Obviously, Michael Parsons has something to do with this.

But I also think this is the first of a couple proving ground games for the Washington commanders.

And that gets me very excited because I thought that the commanders, and we'll get into this in a minute, but I thought that the commanders looked okay. I mean, they still put up almost 400 yards of offense in week one. It didn't look exactly the way that I wanted to, but now they're going to have to get into their offense, which I think is going to be really interesting. We're going to see all that.

We're going to talk about it in a second. The one bit of news, Albert, there's two little things, right? The Eagles traded for Tank Bigsby, which, I mean, depending on how you want to look at this, they listed him as a kick returner, which means that they're, I think, looking for a little bit of help in that area outside of running back.
