And Jason, I want to go to you. Carolina,

opening the season against the team with a new coaching staff. No one seems to know what to expect on the Carolina side on the offensive side of the ball. No one seems to know what to expect with

California on either side. So give us your look at California.

I mean, we've done these prognostications before,

and you were pretty good at it last season.

Can you keep it going? Tell me about the cow bears.

Yeah.

I think any sort of streak of projecting really well

is going to be stopped here most likely

because as you said there's just so much uncertainty surrounding both programs coming into the

opener i think week two will be a lot easier for for anybody looking at either team and then with

both teams playing each other in that first week it's it's a difficult. But, you know, with them having brought in Wilcox, basically, they, Justin Wilcox,

he had formerly been a defensive coordinator at Wisconsin, and he's, you know, been all around,

but mostly had spent his time on the West Coast.

But, you know, he did a dang good job at Wisconsin as a defensive coordinator and filled

that gap there well with a three, four approach that was able to both stop the run or limit the

run while doing very well better than you would expect, given the kind of personnel that

Wisconsin can recruit against spread type attacks. So, I mean, he's a guy that his defenses
