after that check for whatever reason, it just like put things into active mode.

Like looking back on it now, I know I went into active labor at that point because

everything just kind of like went inward and I couldn't be distracted from the

contraptions anymore. I really, really, really had to focus and really had to use

a lot of the coping skills that I had learned to like get through them.

Hey guys, happy Monday. So this week on the mommy labor nurse podcast, I have a

really fun episode for you guys. Caitlin Carl is a fellow mom who was on the

podcast actually way back in episode 78. So during that episode she shared

with us all about her infant adoption story for her son AJ. It was such a

cool conversation and I learned so much about what the infant adoption

process looks like. At the time of the recording for the show,

Caitlin was actually pregnant and expecting her first biological baby.

Caitlin and her husband always knew that they wanted to adopt and have biological
