We're going to get to Caitlin Clark

and her decision to turn pro and the Indiana Fever for the W MBA wasting no more than 36 minutes before

starting a new season ticket sale push. But I wanted to start the show whenever I say March 1st, it's my least favorite day of the year.

For the last 30 years, March 1st has meant something bad to me and I wanted to just let you know what's in my head.

I'm a little distracted today, a little brain foggy.

Thirty years ago today, March 1st of 1994, my aunt and uncle passed away in a plane crash and I had never known anyone to die in a plane

crash before. I'd heard of plane crashes before and they left three incredible boys, age 26, 24, and 22.

I was 26 at the time, and my closest friend in the world

was my 24-year-old cousin named named Alan who I love and I'm close to to this day

but just differently I told him that day I can't forget, and it was not, that day was not about me, but I was asked to tell him

that his parents had died in a plane crash. For those who've never done that, my suggestion would be

to never be in that position.
