Summary

This week on Spare Parts, musician Cailin Russo joins us to talk about what it’s like when your music suddenly takes off. Her song “Triple It” blew up in late 2025, followed by the smash hit “Bad Things,” the closing track of the series Heated Rivalry.

Plus, in our Spare Hearts segment, we attempt to help a listener navigate what can only be described as a non-monogamy nightmare!

I like posting more on TikTok, but I like looking more on Instagram. Whoa, I'm the opposite. Really? That's crazy. Yeah. Scrolling on TikTok is, it's way more addictive. Yeah. It feels crazy. It does feel crazy. You can like disappear on TikTok. Yeah. Yeah. How about you? I think I like TikTok because it feels a little bit. Did you ever, were you in Divine ever? Oh, yeah. Yeah. She's obsessive. Big time. I was obsessed with her. I miss her so much. I miss all the like freak kids that are so funny. Casey Frey is still somewhere in the world, you know, making videos. I follow him on Instagram. But it's so weird because he doesn't have like a, it feels like he's like a character in our minds. He doesn't have a real presence.
