I was going to say something about going to Hell Week at Orange Theory.

It was a weird, it's so annoying, and I can actually say that if I could have gone to

Hell Week this week, maybe I would have pulled it off.

So as many of you are aware, I went to the doctor about three months ago where the doctor

told me that I was in really bad shape, and if I didn't do something about it, I'd probably

be dead fairly soon.

And that's, you know, was part of the impetus for me to do Orange Theory in the first

place.

Good impetus.

And also, yes, and also after that initial appointment, I had to make other doctor's appointments.
