I'm a sensitive guy I don't even know what that means but I'm happy to be

included in your life somewhere it's I know I can tell yes so Wamba we have a lot

going on this show there was a lot of some big controversial news that went

on in the past seven days since our last show or six days controversial well

maybe and then you know in some areas there was no news at all but there's as

always there's plenty of stuff for us to talk about and somehow even when

there's nothing for us to talk about we still manage to talk for at least

90 minutes anyways we don't need and we don't need a topic no real men don't

need topics yeah I thought I would talk a little bit about nutrition for a

little while oh I can't wait no I'm just kidding I did have a big Mac yesterday

was there is there a lot of nutrition in that there is it has a lot of protein

has a lot of everything except nutrition well I was on vacation over the weekend

right see now see people don't really realize this one but I am one of the

few people that do that you are on your last hurrah yeah you're headed into the

home stretch of baby popping out basically yeah we have about a month to go not

even not even a month ago did you hear that yeah I heard it that was the baby

popping out nice so you went on mini a mini vacation yeah we went for the weekend

for three days I took off a work last Friday and we drove up to Boston because
