and want to learn more about. On today's episode, I'm getting to sit down with Dylan Jones,

OBE. He is an English journalist. He's a musical journalist. He was also the editor of the UK version

of GQ magazine, which he did from 1999 to 2021. He's worked as a journalist

for many, many places, but perhaps his best known work is if you walk into a bookshop,

into a music section, you can't help but see about 20 different Dylan Joan books staring

out at you. He has written, I believe, over 30 books.

They cover every major rock star that you can think of. So there's Elvis, there's the Velvet

Underground, there's Jim Morrison, and there's Bowie, of which he's done a few biographies on.

And it's how I first discovered Dylan Jones at all. I bought a biography

called David Bowie, A Life, which is an oral biography, which means Dylan went around interviewing

...
