Welcome back. This is your 24th interview on this podcast, I believe.

Hello, everybody. It's good to be back. Happy to be here. This is a really, I think,

great discussion point today, our conversation around reviewing last year. And this is your idea

for the episode this week, but I thought it was a really good one, mostly because I feel like this last 12 to 14 months has been really impactful for us, for me specifically.

There's been a lot of big changes.

And so to discuss those, it should be a lot of fun.

Well, you're a big reviewer too, right?

Like you have cycles of reviewing

things. And so at the end of the year, start of the new year, it's a good time to sort of stop and think about like, what are the big wins? What happened? What were the challenges? What is next year going to look like? That sort of thing. Which is also kind of funny because I recently ranted on the podcast about how much I do not like January 1st as like a stop mark in the year.

At the same time, there is value in a pause. And if this, I think for us generally, the between Christmas and New Year's time is very chill. Like we really don't have anything scheduled. There's not a lot that takes place.

And we like it like that.
