I wanted to chat with you about having a good day

and the myth of a bad day and actually the myth of a good day and therefore with this

knowledge how to have more good days than bad days now I think when I started in business 11 years ago and you know we weren't

known you'd go many days where not much happened or at least not much seemed to happen. You know you're working hard hard hard hard hard

but you know maybe you don't have a lot of incoming leads or business you don't have a lot of

brand reputation etc you're not discussed anywhere so you know you could feel like you got a lot of work done even

though you were busy working but didn't get much actually done that was productive and you'd get no feedback from the world whether that was good or bad

and so you would define how your day went and so you could for example have five or six what you felt like were really good productive days because you worked really hard, when in reality you didn't really get anything of any use done, but you felt good about your good day.

Or you could feel like you worked really hard and got a lot done

and you actually did get a lot done, and one person said one little thing about you

and that turned your entire good day into a bad day.
