former president Donald Trump.

A third defendant, a Mar-a-Lago property manager, was also charged with trying to destroy surveillance

footage and lying to investigators.

And Hunter Biden's guilty plea agreement on two federal tax charges is on hold after

a judge expressed legal and constitutional concerns about the arrangement.
