Big news today, the DC Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that former President

Donald Trump is not absolutely immune from criminal prosecution, writing,

quote,

former President Trump has become citizen Trump

with all of the defenses of any other criminal defendant,

end quote.

end quote meaning it's never come up before at this level in a court how can that be

uh... because trump is sort of uh... as lawyers say sui generis right he's the first one to do this
