Former President Donald Trump has had a busy start to 2024.

The D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals just heard oral arguments on Trump's claims of absolute immunity in the election

subversion criminal case. The Supreme Court recently declined to consider the

appeal for now. Meanwhile, Trump is fighting efforts in multiple states to disqualify him from running for president again, citing Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.

Last week, the Supreme Court agreed to hear an appeal of the ruling that barred Trump from the Colorado
