0:03.6	This week we have a busy docket on the cafe insider podcast.
0:07.3	CBS News reported that classified documents were found at a DC office that President Biden used as vice president.
0:14.5	Federal prosecutors are now investigating.
0:16.9	Is this going to negate everything having to do with the documents at Mar-a-Lago?
0:22.8	That President Trump mishandled?
0:25.6	Legally, they are apples and oranges. The Biden situation is very unlike the Trump situation where the former president repeatedly concealed his possession of the documents.
0:39.3	Refused to give them back when NARA asked.
0:42.3	Permitted his lawyers to turn in this false attestation that everything had been turned over.
0:47.9	You know, forced the government to execute a search warrant and then claimed,
0:51.9	at the same time that the FBI had planted documents, but also that he had somehow magically declassified them.
0:58.5	So there's all sorts of evidence of willfulness with Trump.
1:02.1	The Biden situation is real different.
1:04.4	In other news, a Georgia special grand jury has concluded its investigation into Trump and his allies
1:10.2	and their efforts to overturn the results of the 2020 election.
1:13.2	Now, Fulton County District Attorney, Fanny Willis must decide whether to pursue charges.
1:18.4	Willis is looking at Georgia law violations that focus on allegedly illegal conduct in connection with Georgia's election.
1:32.2	And I think that those are uniquely state charges.
1:35.9	I mean, I think that both she and the feds could charge.
1:39.4	It would be two separate cases and that happens on occasion.
1:42.7	But you know, many of these charges, the most fitting charges, look to me like they could be misdemeanors,
