This week we have a busy docket on the cafe insider podcast.

CBS News reported that classified documents were found at a DC office that President Biden used as vice president.

Legally, they are apples and oranges. The Biden situation is very unlike the Trump situation where the former president repeatedly concealed his possession of the documents.

Permitted his lawyers to turn in this false attestation that everything had been turned over.

You know, forced the government to execute a search warrant and then claimed,

So there's all sorts of evidence of willfulness with Trump.

In other news, a Georgia special grand jury has concluded its investigation into Trump and his allies

Now, Fulton County District Attorney, Fanny Willis must decide whether to pursue charges.

Willis is looking at Georgia law violations that focus on allegedly illegal conduct in connection with Georgia's election.

And I think that those are uniquely state charges.

I mean, I think that both she and the feds could charge.

It would be two separate cases and that happens on occasion.
