Among reasonable options of ending or continuing Bob Mueller made a decision to end, my guess

is because you want it to be done with it and want it to be seen to be done with it way

in advance of an election, knowing there was a lot of public criticism of how long things

were taking, even though you and I know that they take up period of time. He just wanted

to sort of farm these other cases out, the 12 or 14 of them and be done with it.
