The New York's governor took to the podium again yesterday to launch into a exposition on the very important subject of the calories that you have to consume to constitute a meal.

Therefore, meeting his subjective requirements for what the threshold at which point you can be allowed to consume alcohol in public based on the governor's personal assessment of what constitutes nutritional value.

I went on this bizarre rant about how chicken wings, for example, don't constitute a substantive meal.
