I've been up in Orkney where I bumped into an artist who's looking at clouds.

And still looking upwards. I talked to a lady in Huntley about Swift's fascinating wee birds

and had their campaign in Huntley to sort of try and make sure that they have a future there

that's easily as long as they're past. Brilliant wee beasties. More on that later.

Vegetables are good for you. Everybody knows that. Vegetables are good for you.

Tramont. Kids don't know it, but you have to keep on telling them.

I'm giving up properly for lent.

I don't do green stuff. Yes, you do. Just eat it.

Anyway, vegetables are good for you, but could they be better? That's something that's being investigated by a scientist down south.
