So this NATO summit is, I don't know why he wanted this job.

Yeah, well, he wanted to do this. It's a new challenge for him. But the problem with NATO,

these allies, they call them allies. I don't know why. All they do is rob us. They entered

into this NATO agreement years ago where everybody pays their fair share. Everybody kicks

in 2% of their GDP, and that pays for the defense of Europe, the military stuff, the war

exercises, military exercises. But through the years, they just stopped paying and we pay all

their bills for them. Other presidents have made speeches about this, that it's time for those

other countries to start kicking in their fair share. But like Obama, they just made the

speech and went back to sleep. The president's actually trying to get them to pay the money they

owe that they're contractually obligated to pay, and they're all up in arms. They're all refusing
