We begin with a major shakeup in the California governor's race.

Congressman Eric Swalwell suspended his campaign late Sunday night following reports that he sexually assaulted a former female staffer.

Swalwell strongly denies the allegations, along with claims from multiple women that he sent them explicit photos and text messages.

The move comes after a wave of fallout with top Democrats, including Nancy Pelosi

and Adam Schiff, pulling their support, and multiple Swallow staffers resigning. In a statement on

social media, Swalwell apologized to his friends, family, and supporters for, quote,

mistakes in judgment. The congressmen who up until this weekend led the polls in a crowded field of Democratic candidates

now faces further political turmoil.

In addition to a criminal investigation, Swalwell is under pressure from some members of Congress

to resign as a bipartisan effort to expel him from the house is quickly gaining steam.

And the party in the streets of Budapest on Sunday night.

Crowds of Hungarians along the Danube River and beyond, celebrating Peter Magyar's win.

Magyar will become the next president of Hungary,

replacing far-right authoritarian Fichter Orban.

That means for me the freedom,

finally the direction we wanted.
