Good, man.

A lot better now than I was just a few weeks ago i had a pretty significant shoulder surgery uh because i i i was playing flag football like i was 22 and i'm actually 32

and uh so i basically just broke that in half and so but uh you know i'm on the mend

getting back to it so uh yeah I'm not going to be playing

football anytime soon. I am on IR. You can go and drop me in all of your, you know, fantasy

rec flag football leagues. But what about in dynasty leagues? How do you, how do you perceive

your value in dynasty leagues? Oh, man, my value in dynasty leagues oh man my value in dynasty leagues uh my

ceiling uh was probably four years ago so not much value there either just drop in all formats
