there really has been i was snowed for four days. I didn't believe it was

going to happen and then the nature is punishing us for my disbelief. It's so bad. Are you stuck?

Are you stuck where you are? I mean, I actually could leave the house if I felt like it, but only half, like literally half of the roads, like not half of the total roads, but half of each road is proud.

Oh, that's handy.

Yeah, you know, you can drive on half of it, but I don't have to drive.

So public transportation is mostly kind of up and running in my neighborhood. I don't know. Did you get a lot of reading done though? I like read I read so much. I got no reading done. No. No, because I was staying at my friend's house, Nikki, who is a bookwright contributor, who lives in Richmond. I was staying with her and we were going to have, you know, a snow party. I thought it was going to last 24 hours, like that it would start snowing Friday.

I would leave Saturday. That was foolhardy. I flew too close to the sun. My hubris destroyed me.

And I like didn't bring enough clothes. And so we ended up just watching like romantic comedies and

clueless over and over the entire weekend.

I mean, that sounds amazing, though. It was pretty awesome. It was a movie based on a book, so...

That's true. It was pretty... It was a pretty great several days. I finally got out this morning. But, like, we...

Saturday, by Saturday afternoon, we were just standing in front of her big front window looking out like the snow came down horizontally.

And you couldn't see more than two houses down, you know, across the street.

And we were just looking at each other like, oh no.

We didn't buy enough food for this.

Like we greatly underestimated the, because normally when the, you know, this is Virginia. When the meteorologists say you're going to get 12 inches of snow, you get like three. No, we got like 14.
