Dan, recording a podcast here for the first time in a while that is normal with you being at home and not being shuttled around somewhere or walking around out in public.

It feels good to talk to you in kind of a normal back and forth here.

No, it's nice to be home after kind of being out in the road for a little bit.

We got a big week here with college game day coming.

So the Ohio State kind of stereotypical fathers are all pretty jacked up here to get that game going.

We got Halloween just around the corner.

We got a buy week.

It's pumpkin patch week for all cards fans.

So I'm sure Huber's is going to be slammed this week. So yeah, it's nice to be back. Unfortunately, coming off a loss, I'm sure we'll talk about,

but, you know, it is what it is. Yeah, I don't know how you are with this. Like, if we had recorded

the podcast a little bit earlier, if we'd done this on Sunday or Monday or maybe even Tuesday,

I feel like my tone with regards to the pit loss would be a little bit different. As the

weeks going on, by the way, we did lose to pit on Saturday, in case you're wondering what

we're talking about. The football team went up there, got beat 38 to 21. The dream season,

the undefeated season has come to an end, still a chance for a special season, and we'll get to all that good stuff.

But, like, I was definitely down about the loss on Saturday night and Sunday, and it was more just the fact that it was the game from hell, the fact that everything that could have gone wrong did go wrong,

the fact that I, at the risk of sounding like Notre Dame fans a week ago, I watched that full game, I watched us lose by 17, and I still walked away not feeling like Pitt was that good,

or that Pitt played particularly well against us. It felt like a lot of self-inflicted stuff,

a lot of the elements coming back and

biting us in the ass, Jawar being hurt certainly did not hurt help, you know, having to play
