0:00.0	We decided to book a trip to Mexico as I was getting better, and I was better enough to be able to enjoy walking along a beach and swimming and all of that.
0:12.0	I didn't think about it. It was going to rain a little bit on the trip.
0:15.0	But when we got there, it became clear that this was a really big storm coming.
0:20.0	And to make a long story, which ends up
0:23.4	being two chapters in the book, short, we basically walked right into a category four hurricane. It was a
0:30.2	direct hit. And we ultimately had to be airlifted out of Mexico by the Mexican military because the airport had been temporarily rendered useless.
0:42.2	And it was a harrowing experience.
0:45.0	And it was shortly after my recovery.
0:47.8	So I got the chance to use some of the techniques that I had perfected on how to keep myself calm and not flip out in the midst of trauma.
