Pastor George Pearson's welcome to this very special edition of the Believers Voice of Victory

broadcast Faith for our Nation.

Election day is just a few days from now,

and we all have a responsibility to go to the polls.

And before I introduce our panel today,

I just want to make mention of something that Jesus

wants to meet you at the polling place. Well, pastor, what do you mean about that?

Well, every election that I go to that I vote in, is every one of them I use that as an opportunity

to go into that voting booth and that voting booth becomes a sanctuary a sanctuary of my sewing of the seed into this nation

of the results that I'm looking for and the opportunity for me to come into a place of prayer.

I actually go into the voting booth and I begin to

pray in the spirit and I lift my hands and they must wonder about me spending so

much time in there but I lift my hands and I give glory to God for being here in this wonderful nation of ours and then I begin to go down through the list of the people and I pray for all of them.

I pray for all of the candidates, I pray for their families and I begin to cast my vote and cast my seat and then before I press that last button, then I just pray in the spirit and thank the Lord for all that he's doing in our nation.

And the Lord speaks to me there.

He talks to me there.

And I remember one time when I went to vote, I was walking out and I could hear the voice of the Lord saying I appreciate that.

Thank you.

Thank you for doing that.

There is a divine spiritual connection between voting and seeing this nation going down the path that God wants it to go down.
