We're talking about does faith come from testings and trial?

Let's go over there where most people confuse that in the book of James.

And let's see what actually the Bible says. That's always the process. There are things that people quote and think their scripture and they're nowhere in the

Bible. They've just been said so long. Well, you know what the Bible says.

Every tub got to set on its own bottom.

And God helps them that helps himself. Yeah.

Oh dear Laura.

My brethren,

verse two, James one, my brethren counted all joy when you fall into different temptations.

Now the Greek text reads,

count it all joy when you fall into different kinds of tests, temptations, and trials.

Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience or supernatural endurance.

You'll find faith and patience, the power twins.

You'll find them referred to together in the same verses of scripture over and over.

But let patience have her perfect work that you may be perfect and entire

wanting nothing.

That word perfect, that you may be complete,

entire and wanting nothing.

Amen. So you see it didn't say anything about this trial causing faith to come. But when you stand in faith, instead of letting the trial

get to you, you just stop and count it all joy.
