So we'll look first in the fifth chapter and we'll read down and get ready for the therefore in chapter 6.

verse 5, so also Christ glorified not himself to be made a high priest but he said unto them

thou art my son this day have I begotten thee. And he said also in another place

thou are a priest forever after the order of Melkizadak, who in the days of his flesh when he offered

up prayers and supplications with strong crying and tears unto him that was able to save

him from death.

Though he were a son, yet learned he obedience by the things he suffered.

Being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all that them that obey him called of

God a high priest after the order of Mel Kizadak, of whom we have many things to say and hard to be uttered since you're dull of hearing.

But now he's about to go into that later and that's where you really get into the meat of this book.

For the time you ought to be teachers, you have need that one teach you and are

and are become such as have need of milk and not strong meat.

For everyone that uses milk is unskillful

in the word of righteousness.

For he's a baby, but. righteousness. who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.

Right there is our mission statement.

To bring people from milk to meat

and to become skillful in the word of righteousness

and grow up and be mature.

Therefore, leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on to perfection or maturity. not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, faith toward God, the doctrine of baptisms, laying on of hands,
