outward continuing through old age till death these shall they add to you you can add years to your life by

selfishness and truth shutting out all deliberate hypocrisy and falsehood forsake you,

bind them about your neck,

wrath them up the table of your heart,

so shall you find favor, good understanding,

high esteem in the sight and judgment of God and man,

lean on trust and be confident in the Lord with all your heart and mind, do not rely on your own site or understanding.
