did you have a lot of money when you were starting out I did not and you're right it's such a common

misconception um for me it was was just a strong W-2 and a bit of savings and being smart with financials right out of the gate. But it's definitely attainable for anybody looking to get into it.

I think Nick's a pretty relatable guy. He's got a full-time job and he's been working on building out his rental portfolio as he has the money and as he finds deals.
