pandemic. Right, Bobby? Yes. It's not easy. And, you know, for lots of reasons, guys,

obviously, you know, employment drives real estate. That's number one. That's a problem. Business

relocations drive real estate.

Lenders are afraid of defaulting real estate.

We've got travel.

Yeah, travel.

Travel restrictions.

Yeah, the government is funding everything right now.
