Not only am I in the gym, but I am coming to you as the hunch back in Notre Dame.

Yeah, a little stiff.

Little stiff. But in my neck last night, and it's continuing on today,

today, so as opposed to being in my chair downstairs,

I'm on the most comfortable couch,

I think I can them beyond right now.

I'm mending.

Mending.

So, and we're getting at that point.

We were just talking off there about how like,

wake up with injuries from no idea how we got them.

Just getting to that age where you're like I can't move my back I can't move my neck like

three days ago. Three days ago in the evening my neck just started bothering me right and I did nothing

prior I mean I've been training back in the gym but I mean I didn't like do 15 neck sets or anything.

I didn't do anything out of the ordinary.

And then the next night sure is shit when it got dark.

My neck started bothering me again.

And then when I woke up yesterday morning it was like somebody

had electrocuted me and it's it's awesome yeah it's you know it's bad like because now you can start to feel it coming on like if you're even when you're working out and you're like I kind of feel a little something in my bicep and then your initial reaction goes it's not that bad I'll just finish

the set finish working it and then you're going I should have never done that I knew I felt
