big injury that now their cost is depreciated a bit or it's at a discount compared to where

it should be or where their ceiling has been in the past. So with that in mind, we'll get right

Sunshine and Rainbows. It's been a very discouraging series of developments for his outlook in

26. Neighbors is 22.9 years old. We cannot forget Tor both his ACL and Meniscus in week

4 of 2025. He underwent a second cleanup procedure earlier this offseason, which was recent news,

and that's where there's now more red flags than might have met the eye.

There is an uncertain timeline to return, and week one sounds, quote, a little ambitious

per Adam Schefter, and Schefter's about as plugged in as it gets.

So we're at a crossroads from Malik Neighbors and Dynasty, because if you're a contender, you rely on the services. If you're rebuilding or somewhere in between, then you can wait it out a bit. And even he's not back for week one, he's a popless candidate, whatever it may be, then whenever Malik Neighbors is returned to old form or near at 100%. You'll reap the rewards.

Let's look though at the stat, situation.

2024, neighbors burst onto the scene as a rookie with a 109, 1204, 7 receiving effort,

170 targets as the PPR wide out 6.

It was an immediate superstar campaign,

and that's what we assume neighbors would be, a cornerstone building block in dynasty formats.
