Thank you. I've worked hard and you know if you're going for Dallas I'd still

be in a wheelchair's just getting by and hope you know hopefully I make another year

but you know it's day by day and if I didn't keep

doing it I think I'd go back to where I was so you know every morning I get up and do my my

DVP and I hate to call it yoga because I brought a yoga

yoga kind of guy in Dallas don't like yoga anyhow.

It's it's hard to explain when they first come to me about wanting me to do it. I'm like I'm not doing

yoga. It's not me I just can't but I got the point I said I'll try anything.

Yeah and then once I got doing I go this is just like working out it's awesome so I mean people
