Okay. Like yeah, I just think I just think sometimes you need an old lady to call you sweetheart because I was just like I was in the Starbucks drive through this morning because I forgot to make coffee last night because that's how good my brain is doing functionally.

So this really old lady was working the drive-thru window and she handed me my coffee and she said here you go Sweetheart and it like brought me crashing down to the moment that I was totally not living in like I was not living in the moment at all I was like

Making a list in my brain of all the things they needed to get done. I was like,

here's how I'm going to execute this. Here's what time it's

going to be when this happens. How am I going to get that done? Like wondering,

am I going to have time today to make sandwich bread and to take like leftover Halloween candy and chop it up into bits

and turn it into cookies like that's where I was at and then for whatever reason

this old lady calling me sweetheart like it was like oh it like

lowered my blood pressure at like brought me firmly into like the current moment and I was like okay like everything is going to be

fine and it's fine and I don't have to have a schematic of my whole day like right now right this second I haven't even had coffee yet like what kind of

maniac am I and I just decided that maybe there's like magic in old ladies.

And I hope to be magical like that for someone one day.

Yeah, yeah, I really think there's something to that.

You should, uh...
