Summary

Jordan unpacks the common idea that health is only for the wealthy and shares why this mindset, while understandable, can actually keep us from making meaningful progress. Through biblical wisdom and practical examples, she encourages you to look at health as stewardship, not perfection, and shows how you can take small, faithful steps to care for your body without overspending or comparing yourself to others.

1:45.4

this belief that honestly is backed up by a lot of very real experiences for many of us, right?

1:50.4

I went to the store and the healthier option was more expensive than the conventional or,

1:53.9

you know, normal option or whatever. I think this belief that pursuing health and caring for our

bodies and taking care of ourselves well

is expensive can truly be such a barrier to doing the things that are within our reach. And that's
