It's been a crazy week.

And just to kind of illustrate how crazy that week is, well, maybe it wasn't this week or it was late last week or something, but we never talked about it, I don't think.

So the UN tweeted something talking about, hey, guys, even during times of war, there are still rules that we all need to follow.

Sounds like a take we'd give, a cold take. That's what I'm thinking. Sub-zero take. And Israel took personal offense to that. Quote tweeted it and said, well, Israel has the right to defend itself. Why did they feel the need to do that? All they're saying is like, hey, follow the rules, guys.

Hey, guys, it's not even, they didn't even call you out.

They didn't say anything. All they did was, hey, self-report. It was the lightest nudge that I've ever seen in my entire life. like, hey, whoa, whoa, whoa, just remember that there are some things that we kind of agree on as the international community that you shouldn't be able to do that you shouldn't do.

We have a right to defend ourselves and in defending ourselves, we can do whatever the fuck we want. It's crazy that I've seen Israel and the IDF like on social media engaging in the culture war.

Like states. These are like state actors or the state itself of Israel engaging in the culture war.

It's crazy to see them like people will say, you know, we shouldn't be carpet bombing Gaza or we

shouldn't cut off electricity to Gaza and citizens just to get Hamas. And then in response,

the actual IDF Twitter account will say, why are you pro Hamas? Yeah. If you're not with me, you're a terrorism. They're actively doing the fucking Twitter thing where it's like someone says, oh, I like pancakes. I'm like, oh, so you fucking hate waffles then. Yeah. You really, wow. You despise waffles. It's so crazy.

Like, what are we doing?

I feel like their engagement with the culture war personally peaked for me when I saw

this tweet that they posted, I got to pull it up and put it on the screen for all of you.

This shit was, on the official Israel account, mind you, they who must be named, Hamas equals ISIS.

And then it's a fucking picture of Voldemort from Harry Potter holding a phone and looking disgusted at what he sees on the phone that says Hamas redefines evil.
