I love this book.

It really swims against the mainstream flow of a lot of the things that we are hearing about mental health. So before we get into what you're talking about, let's talk about the why. What made you want to write this book? Well, I only have been in kind of the content creation, social media influencing game for like two, two and a half years. And a couple of years ago,

when I started to take it a little bit more seriously, I started looking at what other people

were posting. And I was surprised and also concerned because it wasn't just that I was seeing

posts that lacked nuance or, you know, could easily be taken out of context.

It was just sometimes the information was just wrong.
